Planetary reducer gear principle and transmission characteristics of sharing

Because of this, planetary reducer gear technology has been rapidly developed and widely used in China. At present, its products are rich in variety, and its bearing capacity and other properties have basically reached the level of similar products.

2. how to choose planetary reducer gear:

1) First of all, the motor should be selected to match the motor mounting flange, and the motor should be classified according to the mounting flange. For example, the servo motor is divided into 40, 60 and other series. Stepper motor is divided into 42, 57 and so on. Planetary reducer is also determined according to the mounting flange, so 400W60 series servo motor or 57 stepper motor are generally equipped with 60 planetary reducer gear; 750W80 servo motor or 86 stepper motor are generally equipped with 80 planetary reducer gear.

2) Determine the reduction ratio: The specific reduction ratio is determined by the equipment manufacturer according to its own equipment requirements. At present, it is generally divided into three levels, and some manufacturers have only two levels, and the first level reduction ratio is generally below 20.

3) Reducer shape: There are circular reducers and square reducers. Because the rated output torque of the square reducer is larger than that of the circular reducer, and the manufacturing process is more complicated than that of the circular reducer, the square reducer is more expensive than the circular reducer.

Do you have any requirements for the output end? If there is no special requirement, it is generally done according to the manufacturer's standard.
