Right angle planetary reducer is mainly composed of transmission parts (gear or worm), shaft, bearing, box and its accessories. Its basic structure has three parts:
1. Combination of gears, shafts and bearings. The pinion and the shaft are made as a whole and are called gear shafts. This structure is used when the diameter of the gear has little relationship with the diameter of the shaft. If the diameter of the shaft is d and the diameter of the gear root circle is df, when the df-d is> 6 ~ 7mn, the gear and the shaft are separated into two parts, such as low-speed shaft and large gear; when the df-d is ≤ 6 ~ 7mn, This structure should be used. At this time, the gear is connected with the circumferential fixed flat key of the shaft, and the parts on the shaft are axially fixed by the shaft shoulder, shaft sleeve and bearing cover. Both shafts use deep groove ball bearings. This combination is used to bear radial load and small axial load. Angular contact ball bearings, tapered roller bearings or deep groove ball bearings and thrust bearings should be used when the axial load is large.
2, the box. It is an important part of box reducer. It is the basis of transmission parts and should have sufficient strength and rigidity. The box body is generally made of gray cast iron, and the reducer with heavy load or impact load can also be made of cast steel box body. In order to simplify the process and reduce the cost, the reducer produced by the monomer can be welded with steel plates. Gray cast iron has good casting performance and vibration damping performance. In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly of the shaft system components, the box body is divided horizontally along the axis. The upper box cover and the lower box body are integrally connected by bolts. The boss beside the bearing seat shall have enough supporting surface to place the connecting bolts. The connecting bolts of the bearing seat shall be as close to the bearing seat hole as possible, and the wrench space required for tightening the bolts shall be ensured. Support ribs are added near the bearing hole to ensure sufficient rigidity of the box body. In order to ensure the stability of the reducer placed on the basis, as far as possible to reduce the processing area of the plane where the box base, the box base generally does not use a complete plane.
3. Right angle planetary reducer accessories. In addition to the combination of gears, shafts, bearings and the structural design of the box body, in order to ensure the normal operation of the right-angle planetary reducer, it is also necessary to consider the reasonable selection and design of auxiliary parts such as filling and discharging the lubricating oil tank of the reducer, checking the oil level height, processing, disassembly and maintenance, and accurate positioning of the box cover and box seat during hoisting.
